Where are my eBooks?

If you’re here, you’re having some trouble with eBooks purchased from my store. Sorry!

We strive to make the process of placing eBooks on your device as easy as possible, but some devices are trickier than others.

There are a couple of scenarios that might have taken you to this page. We'll start with the easiest and most common and go from there.

I haven't received my download links.

If you’re here because you haven’t received an email with your download links, please send an email to support@chrisculver.com so we can sort you out. You should have received an email immediately after making a purchase, but sometimes email service providers place things in weird locations—and some email service providers are notorious for not delivering email at all.

You can also always access eBooks purchased from my store by visiting my.bookfunnel.com. Your log-in is the email address you used to make a purchase.

 

I lost my my download links.

No problem! Just send an email to support@chrisculver.com, and we'll resend your download links ASAP.

How do I read your eBooks?

It'll depend on your device. If you've got a Kindle or you use the Kindle app, the easiest way to read eBooks purchased from an author's direct store probably to place the eBooks in your Kindle library. First, you'll download the eBooks to your computer or laptop. Then, you'll upload them to Amazon's Send-to-Kindle website. Amazon will then place them in your Kindle Library, and you'll be able to read them as if you had purchased them directly from Amazon.

If you use an iOS or Android tablet or phone, you can also read by downloading the BookFunnel app. You can get that at at the app store, and it's totally free.
